I searched the forums, and I think I understand but I'd like to make sure.
My '01 crown vic interceptor (romeo) blew a tranny, so I parted out the car. A family member of mine has a '97 F150 with a blown engine. Not sure if it is a romeo or windsor. I'd like to drop my '01 4.6L into the F150. So far it seems like:
- Have to use the vic's flywheel (crank bolt pattern).
- Have to use the F150's intake (sensor issue).
- Have to use the F150's exhaust manifolds (no dual exhaust)
- Have to use the F150's engine mounts
Are these assumptions accurate? Am I missing anything?
