Put plow frame on the bronk today, undercoated everything so it wont get more rotted then it already is. Found out that the front of my frame is bent in, was a pain to bolt the front peice onto the bent frame. Ill have to unbend it in the summer when I take the plow frame off. I wonder what happened to my poor free bronco.
I have 91 Bronco but haven't install western mount it those permanent mount behind bumper.
That reason I sold 89 F150 because bent frame that I couldn't bolt to western mount. 2 frame rail supposed to be this l l but it bent from hit tree l \ Couldn't straight and end crack frame.
Work on 91 Bronco. Remove bad tired 302 Should get on road in 3 weeks if I can stay focus in cold garage.

I finally had a nice dry and overcast day to do something on the 250!
Fitted up my under tray tool box using 3/8 high tensile bolts and Nilock nuts!
Cut, painted and siliconed a 30x30mm square tubing front and back to space the box down to clear the tie rail on the side!
Was a bit of a hassle to get the nuts and washers in the top because of access issues!
My bro ended up getting under the tray and could reach from the back of the box to get them on there and hold the spanner for tightening!
Here are a couple of pics!
Yeah i know she's a bit dirty!
I set the box in about an inch from the side of the tray.
Turned out to be a good position which doesnt stick out past the side of the cab much!

Took three scrapyards and 45 minutes of driving around in 4H with my rear driveshaft sitting in the bed of my truck, but I changed my twisted driveshaft for a good one (the best $60 I ever spent... the vibrating massage chair experience was getting terribly old), replaced my steering column($100), changed my oil($15), and changed my transfer case oil($5).
Now, I have to figure out why my horn isn't working(yes, I'm 95.7% sure I hooked everything up when I changed my column, especially considering it did work after the change for a few times) and why I have no acc position to listen to the radio without having the truck running.
Also, I rolled past 66,666.6 miles on the odometer!

I ended up getting a custom sized one made.
The standard ones are 780 l x400 h x 250 d.
I had far too much space to have that look any good so i ordered this 1150x 400 h x 350 d box with 2 T locks!
Went for the brushed finish for easy cleaning!
Shiny is good!
I did cut and gle in a plywood bottom panel which should stop any noise when the contents bounce around inside!

I like the brushed finish. The polished finish is much harder to keep looking good.

Well, busted my other fog light switch. Now they're both broke. This one is in the on position, but at least they're wired into the ign. sw. Key off = lights off. Have one spare laying around here, was going to put it on for the other one till I can get my lighted ones hooked up. Bought some stuff at The Zone for him ( new headlight bulb, new fog light bulb, & another can of engine flush for when I do my next oil change ). Made my $20.00 so another point on the card. Two more & another $20.00 discount for the next time. Don't think the previous owner believed in maintenance at all. Am going to flush it again this time & am changing it early. Will let it go the normal schedule after this & see how dirty it looks before I think about flushing it again.

This illuminated Hella switch is good. I have never had a problem with them.
Amazon.com: Hella On/Off SPST Green Rocker Switch: Automotive
This little one also works really well.
