351c aussie heads

Hello all, quick question. I have a pair a 351c aussie heads and i want to run screw in studs and adj roller rockers. When the pedestals get milled, do they get milled straight across(flat) or do they get milled at an angle to match the stock angle of the pedestal?This is what my machinist told me. He mainly works on chevys, so he said he didnt know if you could mill the pedastals straight. Any help would be much appreaciated. This is my first rebuild. I'm just going off of what my machinest told me.

In the book "Ford Performance" by Pat Ganahl this procedure is described. It shows exactly how to mill the pedestal, how to drill for the studs, etc.
