The more naturally aspirated horsepower you gain the higher in the RPM band its made. The cam you choose will determine the RPM band

hey guys, really sorry about getting you locked up, my bad! I forgot that i had stepped out of the club, totally my fault, no foul meant. Header lengths, runner lengths (and diam), but that depends on how much coin you want to throw at it.
Work out - how much horsepowers you want... and where you want it.
Obviously that needs to be tied into your budget too.

Hey Fred,
work out a plan to build a 460 based engine to make 900-1000hp (EDIT: under 6000rpm) on pump gas maintain idle at stop signs and pull atleast 11" of vacuum for power brakes.
