How would you fix this?

I have some crappy body work done by the previous owner and would like to know the proper way to fix the problems. Here are a few photos for examples of my problem..

1985 lower bed section is $27.95 Is the top pic on the upper part of the bed? It looks as though he just bondowed the dent, that section has a double wall and he could not pound it out. in that case you drill lots of holes in a circle from outer edge of dent to the center and with a slide hamer you go from hole to hole pulling each one a little at a time till you get close to flush, then grind and fill with glass filler sand then thin coat sand and glacing compound sand primer look for imperfections sand reprime use a ratle can dull black sand find the low spots bring them up repeat till you are happy prime wet sand 400 grit clean and paint, clear coat.
