Load Leveling Suspension
I had the bags taken off of my 2001 Expy last week and replaced them with coil springs. Unplugged the comressor. Now the Check suspension light is on. Got it to go off for a couple of days but came back on this morning. Can anyone help me with getting it to stay off other than taking it to Ford? Thanks in advance.

if the air ride is anything like my lincoln mark viii there is a wire you have to cut going to the suspension module that turns the light on. not positive of color or location. hopefully some one on here can help more, those lights on the dash are the most annoying thing.

You could also pull the bulb on the instrument cluster. This link might help show you how.

Thanks for the responses. I only had the rear air bags. You are correct about the light being annoying. I was hoping the bulb would just burn itself out but no luck yet. Thanks again.
