Sure is the joker!!! She's been after my truck ever since I got it!!! If gas prices weren't so high I would get her her own truck so she would leave me alone about mine. I saw that the dealer where I got mine has a new f150 lariat crew 4x4 for $36G's, that's cheaper than the Edge She wants!
The Edge is supposed to get 31mpg highway, so the sticker says on the door but they never get that. I'm guessing the crew should do close to the same as mine, a little better if it has the 3.55 gears. So around 20mpg highway.
36 is a nice price... wonder if local royal would offer a similar deal. i won't get the short-short box again though... its way too inconvenient for me. next one has the 6.5 or 8 foot box, and a 5.4 i hope...
The one they had advertised was a 5.5' box and a 5.4l, I think you can only get the 5.4 in the lariat! It also had the lariat chrome package, sharp looking truck in that white chocolate color!
thats a sexy color!! i'd definately go for the longer box though... for me it just makes sense. i'd ditch the lariat package and just go XLt to get a similar deal...
oh yeah... asked about those headers for your 460 today... around 300 for heddmans...
That's not a bad price for the headers, I will have to think about it!
Trucks have come down in price in the past few years, That lariat is only a couple grand more than what my xlt was! I would go for the longer box to for what you need in a truck. for me a crew with the 6.5' box is too long for my garage, that why I went with a supercab.
yeah but they didn't show... today for sure the guy says... not a biggy though, even if i get them on, the exhaust shop isn't open to run some pipe for me.
