Intake Value?
I have a 289 4v cast iron intake manifold from a '66 Mustang.
Any idea how rare or whats it worth?
I want to put it on my slightly built 302 but i i'd like to know anything about it.

good questions, first as you know ford would also cast into there parts the casting date. so to the mustang fan wanting to build a numbers matching engine your intake would be an exciting find. that would cause the price to increase. i think that 100.00 would be a fair price. i would use it on the 302 that you mentioned in a new york minute. now when you bolt on that 4v intake from 1966, be sure you throw on some beach boys and hold on to your hat!!!!

Hey Dennis,
Thats what i was told it was off of,the guy i got it from is one of those guys who just has everything,so i believe him.Do you know what numbers signify year on the numbers.Thanks
