Front Upper Spring Holder

I was asked to replace the upper front spring holder on a friends 94 F150 and I know that to get them out I have to grind the rivets out. After that the new ones just bolt(grade 8) in place of the old ones correct? Does anyone have a torque spec to tighten these bolts to? I have a haynes manual and it doesn't list one that I can find as they were not bolted on from the factory.

Probably the easiest way to do it would be to use a self locking nut and/or red loctite thread compund (permanently locks the fasteners) and tighten them to about 100 ft-lbs

Sound about right. I figured around 100 to 125ft-lbs but thought it would be good to ask. Thanks for input.
