A drop hitch like this... can not be safe!!!! God help you if you blow one of those rear bags!

Not me. I have seen a lot beefier drop hitch than that for a big drop. Shoot i have a solid cast 6" drop.

 

im tryin to figure out what the subframe is for if nothing connects to it. kinda seems like all its doing is reducing ground clearance.....o wait its a mall crawler. most curbs are only 6 inches high.


and why the 4 link is connected at the same point upper and lower. after everything ive read on here and a few other places that is alll sorts of wrong.

 

That is a 3 link. I bet that rear has no flex at all

 

good catch i didnt even look at teh rearend. i waws too baffled by the subframe that does nothing...lol

 

Must be nice to have all that money to build a truck like that just to keep it on pavement.

 

I had a 3 link in a bagged s10 I used to own. it had NO articulation. I can't even ponder what the benefit of a 3 link would be in a trunk that you want to pretend like it went offroad!

didnt even go to solid front suspension. once they are lifted that high there aint a damn use for um IMO

 

I have to disagree with you about that.......ALL trucks that have a bowtie on them are equally gay.

 

yup!! it's a chebby thing, and ford drivers will never understand it, till they dummy up and cross over to the chebby way.

 

That drop hitch would look a lot better with some laser cut flames.
