I have just found out they are predicting California to fall into the ocean again so Buy all the Beach Front property you can at the state line.

I am off to the county and city to apply for my commrcial fishing boat license right now. I am trying to get a crew together and put a bid on a few pier contracts also. Anybody know where I can buy some wax for my surfboard?
