Shocks

I'm looking to replace the OEM shocks on my 03 E-350SD van. Would Monroe Gas Magnums be enough of an upgrade to justify the install? I can get all 4 shipped to my door for $140. I'd love Bilsteins but don't have the $360 right now. Are there any other brands I should be considering. Thanks for any advice.

When my fronts went, I got the Monroe Gas Magnums, since it was affordable at the time. For my rears I got Bilsteins (found them on special). They are both very good products. For that price difference, I'd get the Monroes

I just found out Monroe currently has a buy 3, get 1 free deal in effect which drops all 4 to about $100. I just bought them despite my reservations about how good they'll be. From what I could learn online they are probably one notch better than OEM. Hope so
