Cold AC help

I tried doing this mod this after noon and with the vacuum line hooked to the valve I have cold air in every setting. With it unhooked everything works like its supposed to(heat where heat should be and AC where AC should be on the dial) It doesnt matter if you switch from warm to cold air either. I have the vacuum line teed into the red line behind the glove box. What did I do wrong? With the way my weeks been it wouldnt surprise me if the valve is hooked up wrong in the heater core hoses(Gotta stop spending so much time at work). By the way I just figured I'd start a new thread for this instead of posting it in my earlier thread.

I think mines tied to the red line also and you will get cold on every setting except for defrost and feet i think. I live in florida so i just plug the vac line to the valve shut, in the winter.lol for like a month
