hey guys, im having trouble finding headers to fit a 97 f250 460 5 spd. the manual transmission is the cause of the issue. hardly anyone makes one for a manual tranny i guess. if anybody has any intel on this id greatly appreciate it. thanks
I just saw a set on ebay the other day but, I'm not sure of the manual fit on them. I was thinking of using a set on my 97 460 auto and almost bought them but, I have a local guy here that would rebend or cut and weld new peice in if they needed fitted for me. Good luck.
Thanks man, I pull in the true street gas 4x4 class. It is a speed limited class, you cant go over 12 mph. The old girl pulls the sled 290-315 feet all the time. I all depends on the track and condition. I have won with her may times. I have never finished out of the top 5!
I pull with Full Pull pulling series, in the 6200 lbs gas class. the only regulations on the class is that it has to be a street legal inspected insured truck and have no turbos blowers or duallys and weigh under 6200 lbs. there are a lot of trucks in my class with BIG money in them. I mainly go for the fun of it and I put my decal shop magnets on the side of my truck for the advertisement ploy. they where going to split the class into two classes but haven't yet.
