Suspension Question which one

Well I am finally able to do the suspension, now wich kit to get. I want to lift the truck 2.5 to 3 inches, and add dual shocks up front. I am going to with rough country dual shock bracket, and a new helliwig sway bar. As far as suspension is concered, my truck is litterally on the bump stops now in the front. I have the ranch hand legend front bumper and the extra weight on the front has really made it sag down, it bottoms out a good bit on big bumps. Like I said I only want to go up 3 inches at the most, but I am thinking that a 4" kit would raise it back up to stock height and then give me 3" or 2.5" of extra lift. Also I do want to have the add a leaf in the rear to stiffin it up a little I also have the ranch hand rear bumper wich is heavier. I am looking at procomp suspenion kit for excursions and at skyjackers, what do you guys think I should do. Are can I just use a regular F250 lift kit

Sorry for the long post.

Thanks
Sheldon
