Immatriculation in France
Hello to you all,
I wonder if there is somebody around, who knows the way how to register an F-350 as a lorrie in France?
I'm already busy for 3 years, and i still haven't found the right way.
that's probabley also due to my not so good french language.

@ Adrian, Thanks a lot for all!
@ Saigon, jái suis qurious; i'm very curious, talking French is one thing, but writing... is another.
anyway thanks for the link to the french forum, might be good for my language as wel.
and if you are in the neighburhood, (allier 03) just drop in!!!
there's defenitly the need for more V8 s over here, here they know only cow's sheep and tracktors.
I'll hope i find a way to get my carte grise for my truck!
cincerely, Bart

Immatriculation in France is a nightmare now, a F-350 is in "heavy trucks" category; and french administration is obstructive against these cars; for exemple I dream for a Chevy 20 or 30, the 20 is in the "gap" for immatriculation as a car and all is OK, but administration refuse registration... after you have paid custom taxes, V.A.T. and so on!!!! I have a second hand Aerostar, previously imported by his owner from N.Y when he return for retirement in France; he had to present the car three time at the "service des Mines" before agreement; the last time he lost control because the engineer said: "Oh!!! but your glasses are not legal in France (mirror black). He wanted to kill him.
