4x4: manual locking hub
I have a 99 F-350 4x4 with original Ford manually locking hubs. The right hub is very, very hard to turn and looks like the O-ring under the **** is jambed. I've taken the locking-hub assembly off the truck, took the gears and springs out of it but can't seem to take the **** off to get to the bad O-ring. Does anyone know how to take it apart? Or do I have to replace the whole hub assembly?
