Well, I don't think I mentioned it on here but when I bought my truck there was paint damage on the hood. I didn't notice it until I got home and detailed it a few days later. I went to the dealer on that Saturday and showed it to them. They didn't question it at all and said to make an appointment the next week. Well, it took over two weeks to get the truck in but I did take it in last week. I took it in on Wednesday. They initially told me it would be two days. They gave me an '06 Focus as a loaner. The Focus was heavily worn and the radio barely worked because the antenna was missing. There was also a huge tear in the carpet. I didn't care much because it was only two days.
So, I called them Friday morning and they said it would be Monday or Tuesday before my truck would be ready. I told my salesman that I wasn't looking forward to driving the Focus all weekend. He said they just recieved their Courtesy Vehicle back and that if I came right in they would trade loaner vehicles for me. Well, the "Courtesy Vehicle" was an '08 Crew Cab Super Duty with the Powerstroke Diesel. It was an awesome truck but I'm glad I don't have to drive it all the time. It had amazing power and accelleration for it's size. Of course, it had Coconut Point Ford and Courtesy Vehicle stamped all over it but I didn't care. I picked up my truck yesterday and I'm glad to be back in my own vehicle.
I just wanted to post this because all you hear are complaints from people about dealerships. I am very satisfied with this dealership and I don't see how they could have handled anything better than they did. I drive about 45mins out of my way to use this dealership. The local Ford dealer here is really bad.

I drive past other Ford dealers to get to mine. I have bought my last four cars/trucks from them and they make me feel appreciated. When I was doing a project on my truck, I called the service manager (Ron) about some wiring problem and he faxed me the diagrams I needed, then called to see if I needed more.
