Interested, I have a 351w in my 1986 F250, and have a lead on a 50.00-dollar motor, here is the ad:
THIS IS A 351 WINDSOR MOTOR-SHORT BLOCK ONLY.IT WAS IN A BOAT AND THE HEADS WENT BAD. IT ALSO COMES WITH A POINT DISTRIBUTOR. THE MOTOR IS GOOD TO GO WITH A SET OF HEADS AND MANIFOLD. UNSURE OF MILEAGE OR HOURS ON MOTOR BUT IT LOOKS GREAT INSIDE-LIKE IT'S NOT BEEN
USED ALOT. I TOOK THE PAN OFF TO SEE BOTTOM END AND IT LOOKS GREAT.
Will this motor block which obviously is older since it has points work if I swap all my parts from the 1986 motor 4 barrel. Are these blocks the same, same holes and so on? Also it has points, would my electronic distributor swap out, to include my manifold, heads and so on? Thanks for any info you may have... Brett
