Front license plate

Minor issue here. Michigan only requires a rear license plate so I was going to add a vanity plate to the front of my Screw. Problem is I don't see any holes or dimples showing where the holes should be. For people in states with front license plates, how is the plate mounted? On the chrome bumper? Below the bumper, screwed into the plastic molding? Is there a bracket of some sort?

Thanks!

The front license plate bracket is riveted in two places located center below the chrome bumper. Ford's (proprietary) bracket has two plastic strips that slide in between the bumper and lower spoiler. You should be able to see the rivet (or bolt) holes in the bottom of the CHROME bumper from below, if not you should atleast be able to see the notched cut-outs in the spoiler. Unless you are half way decent at fabrication, you will probably have to purchase the license plate bracket from Ford.
