no 4wd when needed
I have a "97" F150 5 speed with a manual 4WD shifter with full time hubs. The 4WD works great while the truck is cold but as soon as get to my destination when I need 4WD (when the truck is hot) it will not engage into 4WD? All I here is a clicking noise while I'm moving like a pin is trying to go into a hole. When the truck is cold it won't miss a lick. The light on the dash does not come on.

There is a plastic cover on the front differential, check the vacuum hoses going to it, and make sure the lever isn't jammed up. You should be able to test the system in your driveway, both hot and cold by moving the 4wd selector and then seeing if the vacuum motor moved the lever.
