Coolant temperature sensor

Can anyone tell me where to find the coolant temperature sensor on a 2000 5.4 Exped?

On the 98, its on the front of the intake manifold.

Good question! I've had my new one sitting in a box for 2 years. According to the Haynes manual, it's on a cross-tube running in front of the manifold. On mine I can find a hole with a plug in this location. (I also have a 2000, 5.4)

still looking

I am still searching for this sensor. I can't find any info in the shop manual. I went down and bought a new one, I thought this might help me find it. No luck yet!!!!!!!
