Can I lift my front end only by 4" to match rear?

i have a 2003 250 super duty 2 wheel drive. is it possible to lift the front end 4" to match the rear without a ton of expenditure in doing so?

You probably will not get more than 2"-3" with coil spacers which run a somewhere around $150.00 if you go with anything else you are looking at over a grand for new coils and drop brackets and all. or you can go with just new coil springs that are taller I get mine at Kartek.com for about $100 each

You should have leaf springs, i got the same year truck. I've been told by other members going with a leaf pack would be cost eff.

I have the V10 gas so I guess either way he will know how to lift it now and I agree leaf packs are the way to go if you could use them. but I love the ride of coil springs

I am going to do the same thing on my truck. This place seems to have the SAFEST, most cost effective spring pack. Performance Sales Online (803) 600-2149

i think they are talking about all of the 2wd trucks. everyone knows that they put coils on the 05+ 4wd trucks. and i have never seen a 2wd super duty with leaf spring fronts. all years had leaf springs on the rear...

I'm going with the same setup meggawatt00, i know you can find them cheaper but with my family in the truck i'm not taking any chances.

rear wheel drive F-450's and 550's have leaves. Otherwise, if its a SD250 or 350 it's coil sprung regardless of the year.
