Power Window Motor removal

Power Window Motor removal

Drivers side window not working. Relay under dash makes tink noise when botton pushed, but window doesn't move. Switched relays with passenger side, passenger side still works, but dirver side doesn't and no more "tink" noise. Removed interior door panel, but not sure how to replace motor. Do rivets need to be drilled out first?
