4X4 Modifications for 97 and up

I just want to see who/what is out there. I have a 99 F150 4x4 with a 4" Rancho Suspension Lift and 315/75/16 (35x12.5) tires. I'd like to make it more capable off-road but there aren't a lot of goodies out there. Unfortunately, I have the 9.75" rear axle and there are not many lockers available(I only found an Auburn limited slip unit). I'm currently running 3.73 gears with 35" tires. I'd like to add the 3" body lift and go to 39x15 Mickey Thompson Baja Belted tires, but they me be a little big. Although, I'm sure I've seen a picture of an Expedition and an f150 that had those tires on the web somewhere. I'll go with 4.56 gears if I do the change. I'd really like to go with a Dana 60 axle in the rear with an ARB air locker. Dynatrak will build a custom Dana 60 for about $2400. Has anybody done there own Dana 60 conversion on a 97 up F150/light duty F250? Is anybody else running 4" suspension lift with a 3" body lift? If so, what size tires are you running. please list any other mods you've done to your rig. I'll list one of mine below.

1. Modified the tranny crossmember supplied by Rancho to allow the Torsions bars to go thru it and mounted the torsion bar cross member at the orginal height (not using the 4" drop brackets provided by Rancho). Yes the Torsion bar angle changed slightly, no it's not a problem. Runs good and has 4" more clearance in the center of the truck where it's needed most.

Thanks,
Greg
