Engine Swap

Looking at swaping out a 292 for a 302 in a 54 F-100 with a three speed. Am I looking at a pretty easy swap or am I looking at different mounts, bell housing etc.

To be honest you may end up having to buy a engine mount kit for the 302. The 302 is a side mount engine while the 292 is a front and rear mount. If you are any good with a welder you could weld in the mount kit if not they do offer bolt in kits. As for the transmision I don't know if they are a direct bolt in. You could pick up a bellhousing that will mate the two together though.
