Sub enclosers

I need some help.I have an 04 F250 Crew cab and I want to keep 12" subs, but I wanted to go under the seat encloser or behind the seat, problem I'm having is that the mounting depths and cubic ft of space is confining me.I've seen the shallow mounts but not many reveiws and I myself haven't heard them.I do show my truck alot so I wanna keep the SLP/SQ at max.Anyone running these shallow subs under the seat and how do the hit??

I would also like to know if anyone is running these 12" slimline subs like the kicker CVT's or something similar. I am probably going to go with the 10" CVT's with an Alpine PDX-1.600. Seems like this would be the biggest speaker you could put under the seats that still sounds clean.

I had this problem and made a box similar to the JL stealth box for the center console up front. Still functions as a seat, but not as comfortable as before. Do you have a bench in the back as well? I would think two 10s in a better box sound better than 2 12's in a shallow box. At one time I had seen a box for 4 10's behind the seat. I had a couple 8s originally behind the rear seat and it muffled the sound so much it sounded like crap. I then made the box for the center console. It sounds pretty good with the two RF8s. They are not insanely loud but have a nice kick and fill to them.
