351 Windsor or 302?
i bought a 81' ford f-150. i have a 351-w performer intake with a edelbrock 4 barrelcarb. my friend says i have a 302... it has a 302 firing order. but i thought it was a 351 how can i tell the difference and why would it have a 302 firing order if it was a 351. it has 6 bolt valve covers. and did have a engine swap. truck orginally 302 according to the vin. but has a van dipstick. weird let me know how to tell the difference.

quick way from the from front.....look at the front intake lip where it meets the block.....Is this right next to the distributor mount(the round flat area where it goes into the block), or about an inch above it? if the intake is level with the dist. base, it is a 302. If it is an inch or so above it, it is a 351.
