Hi Everyone. I'm new to the site, but I've bounced around once in a while just because it is a Ford site, and I love Fords! I'm 62 years young and married to the sweetest Hot Rod Ford gal you could ever hope for. She traded a lesser brand classic a few years ago for a 23 T Bucket powered by a 425 Cu. In. Buick Nailhead ( pure nostalgia ) and we drive the dickens out of it. She fell in love with the 1929 Model A pick up as a little girl, and found one in 2000. I spent 6 years re-building it. It's powered by a 1985 351W that has been very lightly massaged and is backed up with an AOD trans and a 4.11 equipped 8 inch Ford rear end. I am now in the process of building my 55 F100. I have a 1985 Chrysler Torsion bar front end and it will have a 1994 Lincoln MK8 rear IRS, which will give me 4 wheel disc, power steering and a real cushy ride. A 351W and a C-4 will make it go. That is about it for now. I will keep anyone interested updated on the progress. Just be patient, cause I am slow .
