Ford wheel lock problem...HELP!!!!!

Ford wheel lock problem...HELP!!!!!
I am trying to remove the wheels on my sons 98 Explorer.
Somebody slashed the 2 right side tires.
I cant get the wheels off with the wheel lock key, there seems to be to much play for me to get a good bite on the lock.
Can somebody tell me if there is a tool that I can use to get the wheel locks off.
I have tried vise grips with no luck.
I need to get this fixed ASAP so my son can get back to college....HELP!!!!!

You can get a removal tool for stripped or damaged wheel locks.
