Since you have a gutted EBPV you don't need it. It will run but throw a code. P0475 & P0476 IIRC
I'm not sure about this but if you put a resistor into the connector with a value of 2.5 ohms to 12 ohms, that should tell the PCM the sensor is functioning and may not throw a code.
