That is just too funny, pulling the Superdutys into the Chev dealership for quality maintenance! Makes a heckuva statement about the "other guys". Wonder if their zone rep knows, or even cares, about the reputation you're giving them amongst the local truck-buying public.

Well, as always I appreciate everyone's info. I'm not saying every dealership is worthless by an means I was just stating a bad experience I had with one. I took it back the next day and they found the problem to be a crushed wire and in turn they must have blown another fuse. They fixed it correctly this time free of charge. And as far as my part went for the cruise control I ordered it from the dealer back home and I will be installing it myself so if it doesn't work it will my fault (unless I can figure a way to blame it on one of my buddies! 
).
