getting hard to start

have not posted in a bit but i have been checking out some other posts. there has been lots of good info on just about everything a guy can think of. changed gpr and i was just wondering if anyone has tried using a regular solenoide. Don't know what you guys pay but were i live it 75$ for a gpr and 25$ for a regular solenoide.

Its all about the amps. The GPR is rated for mega amps. Anything else rated for less like a regular solenoied would not last long or poof right off the bat.

Solonoids are usually case grounded , meaning the gpr will be on all the time ,,,not good ...

GP109 at napa is only 25 -35.00

You need to have the correct one.. 109 is oriented differently , but will work fine ...
