Door Chime wont quit

Tonight my 03 started acting up. Close the door and the chime and door ajar light on the dash stays illuminated. Look all over for the typical door switch to see if its stuck but cant find anything resembling a switch. Any ideas on the problem or said switch

the switch is in the door latch. like Bobsf350 said "little squirt of WD40"
