Question

Transmission Fluid

Hey guys just wanted to knoe if anyone is useing Valveoline MaxLife Transmission fluid on their Expys? Mine has 83000 miles on it.
Any other brands anyone is useing.

I use Royal Purple. I get smoother shifts than the standard stuff.

I used the new Mercon/Mercon V. Mine calls for Mercon but you can't find anything officially licensed anymore. Ford has reformulated the Mercon V to be backward compatible.

I got mine at Checkers (Parts America). Pep Boys also carries it. The Royal Purple will mix with your current fluid.
