Door Hinges 55

I have searched and read many of the posts concerning door hinges, but so far have not found the answer to my question.I want to replace the door hinges on the drivers door. When i remove the bolts ,will a plate with threaded holes fall to the bottom of the door post and the door ? Are the threaded holes a part of the door?

No, the nuts should be welded. There is no plate in there, you can undo the bolts, and be fine, unless you break one of the nuts loose, and then you'll have to cut the bolt.
