Which Fifth Wheel Hitch

I am about ready to pull the trigger on a new hitch. I have in mind the Reese Signature series 18K with under the bed rails. Is this product reccomended by anyone on this forum?

Try the 5th wheel forum. I have a std. reese 20K. No problems yet. Pretty much a no brainer item.

I have the signature series on both my 99 and 08. I have both the gooseneck and 5th wheel hitch. I think that it is a strong, and simple hitch. Its easy to install the underbed mounts(maybe 2-3 hours), and their is only 4-2" holes in the bed that the hitch attaches to(which i like, poor trucks drilling holes in them. LOL), and you have complete use of the truck bed as the 4 mounting "pucks" only stick up about 1/2" in the bed. The hitchs are easy to install and uninstall from the truck bed. I am very pleased with the signature series hitch. Oh if you buy the hitch and install it yourself be sure to get the "pick bolt" to mark where to drill the bed for the 4 - 2" holes for the pucks. I cant remember if it comes with the installation kit or if you need to purchase it seperate.
