Also my HPOP peaked at 3000 psi, but leveled off at 1900 psi is it bad or is this normal

P0605 Internal Control Module ROM Error
PO541 Manifold Intake Air Heater
P0238 Turbo Boost Sensor A Circuit High Input
P0478 Exhaust Pressure Control Valve High Input
P1211 ICP Not Controllable - Pressure Abow/Below Desired

Clear them, run it and see what comes back. The first two usually don't amount to much. the 478 usually means you EBPV sensor tube needs cleaning. The 1211 could mean anything from a bad ICP to dirty oil.

I don't know why I bother looking these codes up when Barry can usually post 2 or 3 replies before I get around to one.

These codes tell me you have a chip/tuner asking your engine components to perform outside their normal parameters, which of course is the whole point of a chip.

I'm not sure about the 0541 being part of the tuner, but one of the guys here or Jody could tell you for sure.

1211 is from the chip. If on stock, your ICP stays up around 2800-3000 then you are OK. In a high tune it will drop off on stock split shots as they use the available oil. 0541, I don't think this has anything to do with the chip. I get it all the time as my IAH is in the shed somewhere.

The truck seems to be running fine when i had it running on 80econ just cruising i was at 3000 but when i put it on 140 and ran her hard she leveled at 1900..... My fuel economy is a bit low waiting for warmer weather to clean it or just delete it all together i think that will take care of the EBP code...... When i did the intake i put the plug back into the K&N...... Not sure why the map sensor one is like that or the 605 PCM code any ideas....It was the scanner that the dealership uses we buzz tested the injectors and i also have a glow plug code didnt list that one (i dont think)
