Might be different for a short box, I think dustins is a long box but I'm not sure.

yeah there was two combinations... a 19/16 and a 16/16... i think. don't quote me but i'm pretty sure the front tank is smaller on the shortbox trucks. Dustins is a longbox.

Some only had one tank. My old '89 had only the one tank.

yeah thats true. the front tank was the 19 gallon in my '96. i think that was the common one for single tank applications. i like the looks of the single tank more, but the dual tanks were awesome for road tripping!!

I wish my parents still had the farm, I would be filling up every time I go home!! I would also have to get myself a slip tank then!

I dont think they are different then diesel ones. Now a days you are supposed to have a double wall (or whatever they are called) tank instead of the old single ones. I dont believe the type of fuel you put in it makes any difference, except maybe the warning on the tank changes.

I have one of the single walled tanks with a hand pump and if i everdecide I need it, im gonna use it till the DOT, or someone gives me hell for it!

In alberta if you dont have a double wall tank out in the patch, you get asked to leave.
