Cut 2 holes in the bed where the stacks will come up, then make a bracket thatwill hold them to theback of the bed so there not floppin around, and your good togo, yea you can get tool boxes andstuff built around them, but thats only if its what your really lookin for.
I just cut holes in the corners of my bed. The stacks have a 1/2" steel plate welded to the bottom that has a hole cut in the middle for the exhaust and 3 tapped hole so the pipe connects to the stack with a header style flange. There is also an extension coming off that bottom plate that lets me bolt the stack to the bed floor. A small "L" bracket was welded to the stack higher up to let me bolt it to the front of the bed.
Yeah, it was a lot easier than snaking it around everything already stuffed between the frame rails. It turn under the frame right behind the rear spring mounts on my front leaf's. Even crossing under the frame, I gained a few inches of ground clearance over the stock exhaust.
