blowing fuses

I have an 02 and in the past two weeks i've been blowing the same fuse over and over and its happening more and more often. in the book it shows it as fuse 45, ignition switch run/start feed. but when it blows I loose the warning lights and I loose the throttle, but it still starts up. has anyone had this problem or know anything that may cause this?

Our other 02 had that problem, it started sometimes when you put it in reverse, codes said bad throttle assy, but it actually was the fuse block. Something i guess was loose in it, if i remember right, (not mine). But like said above, usually its a wire on the steering column skinned up.
