Best Solution For Rust And Surface Rust

Not familiar w/ the 'bad boy' pressure blaster sys., intend checking it out. I purchased a pressure plaster thru ebay, believe holds up to 100#. Initially disappointed, but found the media was too coarse, and now it works great. Used to strip the entire interior surface, floor pans, and inner fenders, etc. Fortunate to find a fairly close media supplier, cost of shipping can get prohibitive. I been using alum. oxide, and/or glass bead, which the supplier recommended, both have consistancy of a fine powder, am sure there are a number of different media that can be used. Strongly suggest using a painter's repirator, hood, coveralls, etc., the media can get into ever oriface imaginable to the human body. I used a clear polyurathane wrap to contain as much of the media as possible, initially attempted in the garage, wow was that a mistake. I have a 6hp compressor that put's out about 6.5 cfm and it can barely stay up with the blasters, can spend 1/3 of the time waiting for the pressure to build up.
Also purchased a blasting cabinet, inexpensive 2 door type thru HF. Works great but having a 'tooltime' mentality, I drilled a hole for the blaster hose and it works great, only now have to recyle the media. Anyhow, had an urge to chime in. Again, welcome.
