no power!!!
Hi everyone,
I have a 00 f150 5.4 four wheel drive k&n and custom exhaust and when my tranny temp gets around 200 degrees it feels Like my truck just loses a lot of power. It feels like the computer turns the power down but don't know for sure. Oh ya and it doesn't matter if I'm pulling or not. Any help would be nice, thanks.

200F is not abnormal. Perhaps higher than desired, but you didn't exactly give the conditions under which you're seeing that temperature.
If you're concerend specifically about the transmission temperature, adding an external after market stacked-plate cooler will bring it down.
It is doubtful that the tranny temp will in any way affect your "power". Look elsewhere.
