I'd start with a multi-meter. Check the fuse with the meter, then check the light socket to look for power. If both test good follow the harness and look for any points that might have rubbing issues which could cause a short.

you need to check for ground and power at the socket and the conector to the socket. find out which one is missing. i can send you the wiring diagram if you need it. the power and ground is tied into the other lights so if they all work there can only be a couple things wrong. first on my list would be the socket its self. then the wire or splice. splice 107 is for the power, splice 102 is for the ground. brown is power, black is ground. give me your email if you need the diagram
See. It worked fine lastnight...(I have the big rig running lights) and they are not as bright as I would like them and don't care if they have a blinker, so I wanted to switch the blinker wire to the running light wire to make it bright all the time....I was playing with it to see if it worked and it did, so I went to go get me a few connectors out of the garage and it was out when I came back outside, I re-connected the socket to the wires were it was cut to see if it was just the LED rrunning lights and it wasn't its all of it, but the turn signal part still works...So im really not sure what it is to check next..I figured maybe the fuse was messed up, but the passanger one works fine.......still trace the wiring?
How many wires did you cut & splice? Did you get them all hooked back up? If you were playing with the wires I'd ask for the wiring diagram elmo offered. It does sound like a ground issue, but I'm not sure why the blinker would work.
I haven't looked at those bulbs. Is it set up as a dual filament bulb set up?
I noticed driving home last night that non of my dash lights worked or anything...today went out looked pulled the fuse for them..blown..replaced the fuse and the outside running lights started working...strange......
