460 hotfuel run circuit

Where is the relay for the run curcuit and what is the item on the frame with the fuel lines running through it? is this the relay.

I put a diagram in your first post. I have heard the relay is in the brake booster area. The thing on the frame rail with the lines is the motorized switching valve, and switches the fuel lines and the sending units.
