I have a '96 250 HD, and in the last year have done ball joints, axle shafts, u-joints, hubs, and just now all tie rods. I put the tie rods on measured to the old ones and I am REALLY toed out. I have new adjusters on so the aligment shouldn't be bad. I was wondering if anyone knew what the specs were before I went and did this, as most aligment shops around me will charge as if it is 550, and to "set the toe and let it go" seems a bit exspensive. Thanx

I am not too sure on the spec's but you can get a Chilton's for around $15.00 and it will have them.
I did mine last summer and put my measurements at the same as what came out (with a 30' tape). I then took it to my local Les Schwab and they charged me $75.00 for a complete alignment with a one year guarantee. They then told me to bring it in at the end of the warranty and they would check it. If the alignment is out and it is not parts related, they fix it free. The parts also have a one year warranty.
Since you have all new parts under there, you realy should take it to a good shop and have it done properly. This means less wear on the new parts and money saved in the long run. Just my opinion.
