Last electrical problem for now (dash lights).

Everything is working except the 2 lights that go to heater and headlight washer . Changed bulbs on both , noticed when dash apart they are both wired into loom . Checked with tester and no juice , any ideas where to check or diagrams on where they wire into , also new fuses . Also new light switch that has a dimmer built in . Also thanks for the help on the signal switch problem to all , this is a great site .

Check the blue/red stripe lead from the headlight switch thru to the fuse box then from there to the function block where it goes in 5 directions.

The need to ensure there is no corrosion in the light socket can't be overstated.

New fuse was blown , tried another and the light came on and then blew fuse , learning from you guys I know I have a short somewhere . So will trace every inch of the blue red wire from switch . More fun . Now I can start paying myself when I fix electrical problems , before off to the shop for a electrical reeming of $300 -$400 every time I took her there and I hate other mechanics working on my truck and find no gas and back tires a little balder , test driving my *** . LOL . Thanks .

Usually the culprit is the radio light or ashtray light wire.
