Removing Powder Coat
Anyone find a good way to remove PowderCoat ? Stuff gets hot and turns to gum. Loads up my wheels. Won't burn off with a Propane Torch very well. Lacquer Thinner isn't working. I don't have a Blaster. Paint Stripper is so-so.......

Permatex Gasket Remover (item #80646). liberal coating, wait 15 minutes, and wipe off with your least favorite rag. maytake more than one try. Probably want to wear gloves and do it where ya get plenty of ventilation.

the best way to remove powdercoating is with those rust/paint removal pads that attach to your grinder. they are like a scotchbrite pad. works great as long as you can get the pad onto the part.
