Hello to all, I'am a new member, just joining today, have been a 56 ford truck fan for many years, and sure have had my share of owning them,, like many others "wish I had them back" but I did keep one of my favorits, and that is a 56 350, SWB custom cab dump, dual wheels, bought it from the orgianl owner, has 42000 miles, I did do a body off restoriation on it, and lucky me,, I found a brand new "never sold" Galon dump bed for it. plus the head ach rack. will post pictures of it later,,, I do have some extra parts for some of the bigger trucks hopefully I can help someone who is into the 500 or 600s, Have been looking for a site like this for awhile...thanks for makeing it available.
I am a new member too, having just joined. I don't have anything quite that interesting. I have an '08 Ford Escape which I really like. I do remember '56 Fords, having driven on hauling irrigation tubing in S.W. Kansas when I was a kid. Good luck on your restoration project. Look forward to seeing pictures.
Click on the forums tab at the upper left and enjoy all the tech help that is available for your trucks. The state chapters are also a good source of local info so be sure to check them out. hyspeedz you can click on the link in my signature below to get to the KS chapter. Hauling irrigation tubing isn't bad until you have to put it in place! lol
