i have a very good 1981 302 engine and would like to know how i can find out all the ford products this engine would fit in and be good to use with without a lot of major changes ....thanks ddakota

Thats a pretty broad request. I suggest choose a few cars you like and can get a hold of in your area and then find out if any of them came with a small block V8. Mustangs, Cougars, T-Birds, Mavericks, Falcons, Falcon Rancheros, probably whatever the Mercury version of a Falcon or Maverick is, pickups, and Broncos, all came with the Windsor engine at some time during thier production. Possibly Crown Vic's and some Lincolns too? Im not sure about Torinos or Torino Rancheros. That aughtta get ya started

thanks dessert rider !!!!! looks like ford 302 is a very flexible engine and will fit in lots of vehicles..so i will keep mine and look for a car or pick up with a good body but a bad engine...ddakota
